GOLD & CRITICAL MINERALS EXPLORATION ON PRIVATE LAND IN THE UNITED STATES

Lion Rock Resources is advancing the Volney Project in South Dakota’s Black Hills, the most productive gold district in US history, host to the Homestake Mine (over 40 million oz Au produced). Active operations and established infrastructure are nearby.

Phase 1 drilling represented the first modern drill testing along the Volney trend. Every hole targeting gold returned gold mineralization, defining a new discovery spanning 500m of strike, 400m of width and 200m of vertical depth, open in every direction across five distinct zones.

The same program confirmed a property-wide critical mineral system containing lithium, tin and tantalum, all on the US Critical Minerals List. With gold-targeted holes delivering a 100% hit rate, the Company is already planning an expanded Phase 2 program to extend known zones and test priority step-out targets.

Lion Rock Resources (TSXV:ROAR) is advancing the unique high-grade gold-lithium-tin project of Volney in the Black
Hills of South Dakota. Historic results on the 142-hectare property include channel sampling of 18.2 g/t Au over 18.3 m,
grab samples averaging 4.4% Li2O and successful historic drilling limited to 50 m in depth. Volney is accessible
year-round by road and is proximal to major mining projects such as Homestake (43.9M oz Au produced), Coeur’s
Wharf Mine (93K oz Au in ‘23), Dakota Gold & Agnico Eagle. Volney is located entirely on private land which enables
Lion Rock to expedite permitting and exploration
